I loved how the friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the variety of the complimentary breakfast was a great start to our busy days exploring the nearby Trinity Music City, which is less than a 5-minute walk away, and Volunteer Park at Arrowhead, just a short drive away, making our weekend getaway truly enjoyable.

The pool was enjoyable, especially on hot days. Staff were accommodating with last-minute changes due to our softball team schedule.

Housekeeping was infrequent. we had to request clean towels and trash removal. Breakfast lacked variety as some items ran out.

The room was well-maintained and clean, although we had to request additional cleaning services and towels during our week-long stay. The pool was a highlight, especially on hot days, providing a nice escape after attending local softball tournaments. However, our only complaint was the pancake machine being out of order throughout our stay, which disappointed the kids. Still, the breakfast selection was decent and consistent, making mornings manageable.

The breakfast was really good,, I mean really delicious, egg and cheese omelets, fresh cinnamon rolls, and hot sausage,, it was a feast every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcomed,, even the decor was charming with that cool antique car in the lobby.

The breakfast options were excellent, and Paulette was a standout with her friendly demeanor, always ensuring everything was well-stocked and tidy. Even though there were some flaws, such as an older mattress, the overall experience was enjoyable.
